This squarish louvered attic vent can be installed in a wall,

window opening or even a door panel.

As long as the opening is to size,

this is the most universal gable vent option.

Insert into stucco, brick, or wood opening.

Or install outside the wall

on wood siding, vinyl siding or to cover any void.

From this angle, the depth is obviousely only an inch.

Mounting outside the wall, it will almost match

with the thickness of other trim boards.

The 1 inch faced trim wraps all the way around the edging

to also surround the back of the vent.

This rear trim can be used to surface mount the vent.

Aluminum screening added to the back will deter all kinds of bugs and flying insects.

It may be noticeable that each vent bottom

extends up higher.

Since the bottom louver does not vent,

this area can be blocked off.

And the taller trimming can double as a drip pan.

So any blowing rain that would have leaked into the attic,

now gets trapped to dry up or disperse to outside the attic.
