This is a decent size vent for venting an attic.
But this brown vent was ordered as a non vented.
So it is not functional.
The 1 1/2 inch nail fin encloses the entire vent edge.
Can be trimmed out or left as is.
What is not recommended for actual ventilation is tiny vents with no way to vent.
This 11 x 5 x 1 back flange has no choice but to be decorative due to it's size.
Looking at the screen on the rear shows everything is pretty closed off.
The tiny triangle opening at the top is the only vented area measuring less than 1 square inch of net free.
