This gable vent measures 72 across the base and 30 inches in height.

The louvers are evenly spaced with an inch and a half between for approximately 784 square inches of net free air.

Trimming the outer edge is a smooth 1 1/4 inch no flange.

This means this vent is ready to be placed into an opening such as a brick wall or pre trimmed window opening.

There is no nail fin on this vent to hinder or prevent an easy slide in type install.

Turning the vent slightly shows the vent depth.

Being a full 2 inches deep allows for many install types.

Most standard 3 1/2 inch stud walls are 4 inches with the common 1/2 inch sheeting applied.

This allows the vent to be recessed to the depth of choice.

Walk around to the rear corner of the arch and the trim changes to a notched ring.

This ring has a slight flexability for tight fitting brick openings.

This minute flexability allows for the rear of the vent trim to adjust while installing and keep the stiff face trim straight for a professional looking install.

Once the vent is turned all the way around, the aluminum bug screen is seen.

Aluminum screening is much better than fiberglass screen in some climates.
